Kennedy Island


Kennedy Island (54˚02'00" 130˚11'00" Between Arthur Passage and Telegraph Passage, entrance to Skeena R), Kennedy Point (53˚02'00" 132˚20'00" S side of Security Inlet, NW side of Moresby I, QCI). Many historians, including Capt John Walbran in his British Columbia Place Names, have mistakenly stated that Kennedy I is named after Arthur Kennedy, third colonial gov of Vancouver I (see Kennedy R).
