Jurassic Point


Jurassic Point (49˚53'00" 127˚10'00" Between Kyuquot Inlet and Esperanza Inlet, W side of Vancouver I). So named because the point is composed entirely of sedimentary rocks that are between 145 and 160 million years old and thus date from the Upper Jurassic era, when dinosaurs roamed the planet.
