Hussar Point


Hussar Point (50˚51'00" 127˚39'00" SE side of Nigei I, off N end of Vancouver I). Named in association with such nearby features as Balaklava I and Cardigan Rks after Canadian-born Capt Louis Edward Nolan (1818–54) of the 15th Hussars, a key figure in the 1854 Charge of the Light Brigade.
