Humpback Bay


Humpback Bay (50˚22'00" 125˚41'00" At mouth of Amor De Cosmos Ck, S side of Johnstone Str, NW of Campbell R). According to BC’s Geographical Names Office, this feature was named by F O Morris of Victoria after a huge shoal of humpback or pink salmon he saw in the bay in the fall of 1913.
