Horsey Bank


Horsey Bank (54˚10'00" 130˚18'00" W entrance to Inverness Passage, just S of Prince Rupert). Flora McDonald (1896–1975), whose father was manager of the Inverness Cannery in the early 1900s, married Edward Noyes Horsey (1884–1964) in Prince Rupert at a very young age. She died at W Vancouver. Adjacent Flora Bank is also named for her.
