Hartnell Point


Hartnell Point (52˚36'00" 128˚45'00" SW tip of Princess Royal I). Named in 1926 for George Edward Hartnell (1890–1981) of Victoria, senior accountant and purchasing officer for the federal Dept of Marine and Fisheries on the W coast. He married Mary Josephine Trainor (1895–1978) at Prince Rupert in 1921.
