Grant Bank (52˚07'00" 131˚00'00" SE of High I, off E side of Kunghit I, QCI). Capt William Grant (1835–1916), from NS, married Helen Smith (1853–1943), a teacher, and travelled the world as a sailor, visiting Victoria and then settling there with his family in 1886.
