Gardner Canal

Gardner Canal (53˚27'00" 128˚25'00" Extends SE from Devastation Channel, S of Kitimat), Mount Gardner (49˚22'36" 123˚23'27" W side of Bowen I, Howe Sd, NW of Vancouver). Adm Lord Alan Gardner (1742–1809) was a friend and mentor of Capt George Vancouver, who served under him as a lt on HMS Europa, 1784–89.
