Bulley Bay


Bulley Bay (52˚28'00" 128˚19'00" N side of Dowager I, NW of Bella Bella). Frederick Augustus Bulley (b 1832) served on the Pacific Station, 1865–68, based at Esquimalt, as chief engineer aboard HMS Scout. He was chief engineer on HMS Asia in 1870 and on the battleship Iron Duke in 1875. The name appears on an Admiralty chart published in 1874.
