Brock Islands


Brock Islands (53˚42'00" 132˚59'00" E approach to Kiokathli Inlet, Port Louis, W side of Graham I, QCI). Geologist Reginald Walter Brock (1874–1935) was born at Perth, Ont. He taught at Queens Univ, 1902–7, before becoming director of the Geological Survey of Canada, 1907–14, and deputy minister of Mines in 1914.
