Beales Bay (52˚10'35" 127˚58'40" S shore of Cunningham I, E of Bella Bella), Beale Cove (49˚42'00" 124˚34'00" SE of Welcome Bay, W side of Texada I, Str of Georgia), Beales Lagoon (52˚10'55" 127˚59'05" Just NW of Beales Bay). Francis “Fred” Joseph Beale (1885–1965) arrived in BC from Auckland, NZ, in 1910 and worked as a tug and scow operator for Whalen Pulp & Paper.
