BERWICK, Robert A.D., architect (b 1909, Shelbourne, ON; d 1974, Vancouver). After completing his B Arch at the Univ of Toronto in 1938, he worked at the VANCOUVER firm of Sharp & Thompson until joining the air force in 1941. When he returned from the war, he joined Vancouver's most influential post-war firm, Sharp & Thompson Berwick Pratt, first as an associate (1946–56), then as a partner in Thompson Berwick & Pratt (1956–68).
